The Clinician will provide direct patient care under the supervision of the Program Director.
Hours:
Full-Time; Monday - Friday Responsibilities Include:
:
Provide clinical social work and case management in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Walden Behavioral Care and the NASW.
Conduct psychosocial assessments, participate in treatment planning, utilization review, and discharge planning for an average of 8 patients.
Manage cases in both the partial hospital and intensive outpatient programs for eating disorders.
Manage cases for primarily the adult population with an expectation of some coverage in the adolescent programs.
Conduct individual, group and family therapy.
Conduct crisis intervention and liaison services with referral sources.
Work to ensure that all required documentation is completed in a timely and profession manner.
Work collaboratively with the treatment team and Walden continuum.
Qualifications:

Education:
PhD, PsyD, Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years' experience providing direct clinical care in a mental health setting, preferably in an eating disorders programLicensure/Certification:
Independent License, preferredCurrent CPR certificationKnowledge:
Must have strong clinical, organizational and communication skill.
Must possess knowledge of psychiatric group process, therapeutic relationships processes, age specific growth and development, limit setting and behavior management, crisis management with aggressive behaviors.
Required competencies:
Strong organizational and communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to prioritize independentlyAbility to multi-task in a changing and fast paced mental health environmentAbility to work in a highly collaborate, team environmentAbility to communicate verbally and in writing.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
