Quality Engineer
Salary : 70k to 85k plus bonus
Responsible for ensuring that the customers product is processed to the proper specifications and requirements to meet the purchase order and/or contract requirements. Drives process control and continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions on shop floor
Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation based on customer specification.
Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant materials and devises methods to assess cost and responsibility. Respond to customers immediately regarding issues and non-conformances.
Review outgoing product and paperwork to ensure that it meets the customers requirement.
Investigate any non-conformances that may have occurred. Respond to customer immediately regarding root cause analysis results, corrective and preventative actions.
Perform internal audits and/or coordinates internal audit programs. Responsible for the follow-up and response to audit findings and Corrective Action Reports.
Train shop floor inspectors on all applicable product inspection requirements.
Support Engineering in the development and submission of process instructions and data for customer approval including process improvements and process control actions.
Experience with ISO9002, AS9000

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
