The Project Manager will manage the daily on-site activities.
2 to 7 years' experience in commercial construction as a Project Manager.
Experience with a variety of construction methods a plus.
Prior experience with curtain wall construction, office buildings, and industrial facilities preferred.
Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
Ability to develop and update project schedules and budgets.
Thorough understanding of OSHA safety requirements and construction codes.
OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certifications preferred
Working knowledge of all sub trades.
Ability to read and understand blueprints/drawings and relevant contract documents.
Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
Superb time management, prioritization and organizational skills.
Detail oriented and dependable.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Proficiency in use of a personal computer and software programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
Knowledge of Microsoft Project is preferred.

Assemble bid packages, distribute, receive subcontractor bids, and compile proposals for submission to owner entities.
Compile project schedules, and invoices, oversee and manage multiple construction projects.
Identify and resolve field and office issues preventing schedule delays or negative cost impacts.
Compose subcontract scopes and approve subcontractor invoicing.
Coordinate subcontractors ensuring completion of the project on time and under budget.
Ensure completed work complies with contract documents and quality standards.
Review weekly and daily records, safety reports, schedule updates and process change orders.
Conduct and participate in on site meetings and inspections.
